True, but I’m just always worried (a worry that a poster above shares with me) that a text or some other noise-making alert will make it through even airplane mode. That’s why I prefer to turn off my phone before a show begins. I know I’m being overcautious, but I just don’t want to be THAT guy whose phone disrupts a performance.
