except they don't care because they will sell all the tickets they have for that discount to whomever does get through.
It's terrible but I'm sure it's ultimately true. Of course they'd rather not piss off customers who want to buy, but they also only have so much control over the power of their system and they certainly can't know how many people will be trying to get through and how well their advertising will work.
But I feel your pain. |
