Ummm, I'd venture to say that the few which quickly come to mind are Goodspeed Opera House in Connecticut, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Sacramento's Music Circus, Houston's Theater Under the Stars (TUTS), St. Louis's MUNY, and NJ's Paper Mill Playhouse.
There are dozens of other Equity house regional theaters which stage any number of musicals during their seasons, but the ones I mention above are devoted to musicals and the productions at Pittsburgh CLO, TUTS and the MUNY are particularly large.
