| I saw the production last year in London, and I thought Patti Lupone was terrific. I also thought the consciously claustrophobic direction worked really well. The gender switch, however, seemed forced to me. The Barcelona number between Bobbie and the apparently commitment-hungry flight attendant didn't quite ring true. | |
