| Yes while this is a standard disclaimer, I think most theaters try to be as accommodating as possible. Example, I was on a Greyhound bus from Philadelphia on my way to a matinee of King Lear when the bus broke down, I called Telecharge when it was obvious we would miss curtain, they contacted the theater box office and we were able to reschedule our event. Unfortunately it closed early and I never got to see Glenda Jackson. But a good example of positive customer service, they refunded by purchase. |
