I had a director friend once suggest something to me that could be interesting to try - especially given that the Jr. version is done by kids all the time now. What would it be like to do Act I with a youth cast, then have Act II - the darker act - done by adults - and have them all join together at the end. I'm not generally one for "concept" productions, but this idea has always intrigued me.
