I may have remembered it wrong then.
But as far as Roberts goes, perhaps in another year, or in the context of her specific career she deserved that Oscar, but there's no way on earth or in hell that she deserved it over Ellen Burstyn if were are judging off of their respective performances in those films that year. It's almost like saying Idina deserved her Tony when Tonya was right there... not to mention Donna Murphy. |
