| I object to your interpretation of my motives. It is not the money; it is that I wanted to see the show. Sorry, but none of you LCT defenders can change my opinion about it's draconian customer service policies. Yes, you may be right that no one should expect to be an exception to a rule, but it is the rule that is the problem and is not customer friendly. I belong to the Public theater, the Atlantic Theater Company, and the CSC Rep, and each of those organizations have accommodated me in similar situations without any hassle. |
