| Which I personally think should have gotten the Best Musical nom over Boy From Oz which was totally dismissed. Taboo was flawed but was unique, had tons of artistic merit, and an incredible original score (which was at least nominated). And I bet even back then the Tonys would have had Jackman perform a number from the show even without a Best Musical nom, and then the world could have seen something from the eye-popping world of Taboo, and heard one of Boy George's great songs from the show. |
