Are you talking about my "words" or about Lara Spencer's? Hers weren't really words as much as derisive snorts.

As a gay, liberal, Democrat, Elizabeth Warren-loving leftie who has worked in musical theatre for thirty years and counts both gay and straight ballet dancers as some of his bosomest companions, I feel perfectly at peace with describing this "controversy" as ludicrous and feeling that to infer that Lara Spencer should lose her job over it is, at last, a real witch hunt of the nastiest sort.

If I were her boss, I'd tell her to lay off the mockery of boys who want to dance. Maybe mention it on air as something she feels bad about saying.

Of course, if it hadn't blown up on the internet, nobody would have even known she'd said it. Who the eff watches GMA anymore? Since David Hartman and Joan Lunden left, it's gone steadily downhill.

And yes, I am aware that Prince George has not been crowned yet. But thanks for the correction.

Getting ready for work. Part is the local news before gma has Reggie aqui, who is so fine a gay man to watch in the morning and says some really outrageous stuff. Like this morning there was something about Patrick Page’s wife and he said that her married name is Page Page and then his cohost pointed out they met on beast on broadway. So I watch gma instead of today show.
