HI...saw the matinee today in Boston at the ART....during one of the numbers there was a man who was sitting dead center first row who got up and started to dance. Is this part of the show?
The show reminded me of Jagged Little Pill last year where there was a lot of people (that I'm assuming were quite familiar with the show) who were highly enthusiastic, ie...a lot of applause and yelling. Not sure if it's the pop nature of the show and a younger audience. I think Six will be quite a hit in NYC; the reviews in Boston were positive. Sometimes it was hard to hear the lyrics, especially at the end when people were encouraged to clap along. Maybe I'm just showing my age!! |
