| First, NO, they didn't smile. Second, it's not easy for me to get to the Delacorte, so to get there and wait for a slim chance to get a ticket? I was happy to camp for HOURS to get it. And then the rejection email has this "here are other shows we think you'll love" THAT YOU CAN BUY TICKETS TO. Really, Today Tix and Public? Fuck you. I already saw 4 of those shows and one of them was Sea Wall/A Life which wasn't that good the first time. I wrote a letter to the ironically named PUBLIC theater and bitched. This is easier and cheaper for them to run but it's less fair to people who really want to go. |
