| Are you being deliberately obtuse or do you just have poor understanding of political terms? I think perhaps you are mixing up socialism with communism. Even then your claims are still spurious. Major democracies around the around the globe, which by the way is definitely round, are run by socialist governments or have been in the past. They do rather well.
