Not at all. Both songs were in the original version, which is still licensed for production. Both songs are heard on the original Broadway cast recording, the original London cast recording, and the 1986 London revival cast recording. "Meeskite" is sung near the end of Act One but Herr Schultz. "If You Could See Her" is sung in Act Two by the Master of Ceremonies.

Perhaps you're remembering that when the show was in previews in 1966, the decision was made to replace the word Jewish in "If You Could See Her" with the word meeskite.
