Judging by the website Carolee Carmello seems to have below the title billing (starring CC) whereas all the previous Dollys in this production have been above the title (in Hello Dolly). Clearly she's not as big a name as any of her four predecessors - and I guess it's also making it clear that the show, and not the leading lady, is the star.
