I agree 100%. The craft is called "acting", which obviously can include playing someone that is not like yourself. A classic example of this is George Chakiris in the film version of WSS. He was a perfect Bernardo. Totally believable, wonderful acting and dancing. No one could have done it better. And he is a child of Greek immigrants portraying a person from Puerto Rico. I love his performance in that film. And who cares if he was even from Neptune.
