"Mankind", which featured Robert O'Hara's speculative theology built around gay men getting pregnant and drew on references and iconography of multiple religions, including Christianity and Catholocism (the latter seeming to be what really roiled Summertheater). In my book, its primary blasphemy was being boring, but Summetheater found it inflammatory beyond belief. I gather it traumatized ST nearly as much as the church traumatized O'Hara.
