A friend estimated that somewhere between 20 and 40 minutes of cuts had been made, more than in any other fully-staged Porgy and Bess he'd seen, more than in the City Opera production that was telecast or in the San Francisco Opera DVD. He detailed them, but I don't know if it would be OK for me to copy and paste them. Based on what he sound (I haven't seen it or listened to the opening-night broadcast), it sounds to me like around 30 minutes of cuts have been made, but it all depends to some degree on the tempos, of course.
