I know we often bemoan Ticketmaster here. But they went above and beyond in helping me out. I live in DC. Was coming up to see Tina and other shows next weekend. And then my beloved Washington Nationals made the World Series. As a season ticket holder, I wanted to be there for this (maybe) once in a lifetime opportunity. But I had Tina tickets for the same date. I called TM and they allowed me to exchange my tickets for another date. But...the exchange was for tickets of same or greater value. Trouble was, I had mid-premium seats and there were none left. I told them I was wiling to lose the difference and just exchange for regular seats. But their policy wouldn't allow that. The manager helping me creatively figured out that I could buy three regular priced seats for about the same price as my two mid-premiums. So I did that. And they did not charge me any additional fees. I say, "Bravo Ticketmaster" and thank you. And thanks to Guillaume on this board for suggesting I try this.
