Well to start they had no record of my purchase when I got to the check in counter--this seemed to happen to the folks right in front of me as well. They told me to sit anywhere upstairs. When I got up there, instead of the chairs being in rows they were stacked at the far end of each row so the audience members had to unstack them and set up their own rows. Each new arrival seemed to be greeted with chaos and confusion around the chair situation. And yes, they were uncomfortable. Think "Chicago" the musical style wooden chairs. Since there was no room to maneuver around the chairs, the taking and delivering of drink orders---which did not commence until after the show as well underway--was distracting and disruptive. I've been a server, I have empathy, but I am also still allowed to say it's not a great environment in which to experience a show.
