Agreed 100 percent. But apparently there is a lot of reactionary ignorance in colleges -- among some of the students as well as some of the professors and administrators. I recently heard of a planned college production of EVITA that became the source of controversy because some of the students felt the show shouldn't be done unless all of the leads were played by so-called Latinx performers, and since the college in question didn't have a lot of those, they felt the show shouldn't be done there at all. This despite the fact that the vast majority of Argentinians are (or were) of European descent, not Latin American descent,
