I saw Lehman trilogy in cinema and loved it (and think it is show to beat at tonys—sorry inheritance). Frankly, since cinema seats are far more comfortable than a broadway seat, I tend to enjoy stuff more. So I understand your statement, but i dont agree. Hangman just wasn’t that interesting and I never got drawn into any of the characters. I enjoyed fleabag and don’t think I missed anything in cinema vs live although that is more of a standup routine. If I only saw mockingbird in cinema, I still would have liked it over ferryman and network.
