Unless it's a new song with the same title, "All This Time" was in the Broadway version of the show, sung by Gideon right near the beginning. It's from Sting's album The Soul Cages (as is "Island of Souls," both of them remnants from an initial concept that was built around that album). It looks like it's been replaced by "And Yet" in the current version of show, which was also (IIRC) in that spot in the Chicago tryout and is on Sting's album of the score.
