| I LOVED this show on Broadway and still enjoy the cast album. I always thought the lack of Broadway success was more about production issues, high weekly nut, and challenge in marketing to the right audience than about the show's structure. I'm a bit sorry to hear of such major changes. From a distance, it's hard to tell how the show could work without, as jmill says, the generational father/son duel relationship. But I appreciate everyone's comments and look forward to seeing the next iteration sometime. |
