| At least book adaptations can deviate significantly. Maybe the puppet scene works well in the movie (and frankly I don’t remember it at all—the pie in the face Is the iconic image I associate with the movie) but doesn’t have to be in the musical. Big had to include the piano scene and the fortune teller box. |
