I saw it in London, at a proscenium theater that's probably about the same size as the Nederlander. The basic setup seems similar to photos I saw from the Armory. The glass cube still rotated, and I think it was about the same size. I think they took out a row or two of seats. The backdrop projections covered a significantly smaller area, but the general principle was the same.
Going back to the question about the 15-year-old, I don't think I would recommend the show to most 15-year-olds. The acting is impeccable, but there's not a whole lot of movement. If she likes audiobooks and podcasts, it might be a show for her. If she thinks they are boring, this may not be a good choice. |
