She has been known to lip-sync her stage shows, most recently her Super Bowl half-time show, so I can not imagine her taking on a stage revival of "Kiss of the Spider Woman." She would certainly get people to see it if she starred in a film version, however.
I can imagine her in a contemporary play, something like Halfway Bitches Go Straight To Heaven. Whether or not she would want to do one is another matter.
