Revned, this is a very useful overview, thanks for taking the time. I'm curious, when you say there are some in larger theaters, with the actors on weekly salaries, that consider themselves Off Broadway and market themselves accordingly, who are you thinking of? I guess the Wooster Group fits this description. The only other such company I can think of was the Jean Cocteau Repertory that performed at the Bouwerie Lane. They seemed to be around forever, with many of the same actors, until they weren't. I always wondered how they managed for so long.
