| I also was there last night. I’m not familiar with the original material so I can’t compare. However, I found the play, if that’s what it might be called, skillful and was moved by Linney’s performance. I was sitting in the second row center and being so close to the performer helped. If I were sitting in the far reaches of the balcony I think I might have felt differently. There are similarities between Lucy Barton and the Sound Inside and I feel that both shows would work better in smaller venues. |
