| I loved the premise of that medley (which was introduced and explained effectively). But I don't get the notion that every beat in every award show must be explained to the lowest common denominator. Especially with music (and that's the point here) sometimes you want to let it speak for itself. The Oscars/Tonys/Emmys/Grammys are award shows, not documentaries. Sometimes I think relaxing and enjoying is a forgotten art. |
