After years of accumulating points I finally decided to redeem them for a free ticket. I had about 15,000 points & that got me a free orchestra ticket to West Side Story.
I will say, as I was perusing shows, I found that the offers where you redeem points & still had to pay a "small" fee were not worth it. You might as well just buy a full priced ticket. I would only redeem your points if you have enough for a free ticket. (And they vary by show & by section. 15,000 was one of the higher "costs" but I could have gotten a WSS balcony seat for 8,000. Or some shows have orchestra seats for 7,500 points.)
For what it's worth my seat was great-- center orchestra row O. (The ticket had a $199 price on it.) |
