As the designated ticket buyer for my family, I had accumulated more points than I realized.
I ended up going no a binge and bought three pairs of tickets for shows. Seats were always pretty good (mid to rear orchestra, centerish).
And when i had an issue with my on-line purchase, the customer service was great.
I've also dealt with the customer service for buying tickets (sometimes you cannot get availability on line), and the reps were great.
My only complaint is that the main page will list the shows available...and then when you click through, all the seats have been sold.
