| Prospect Theater Company's Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award Nominated Musical returns, in concert, for one night only! Original Off-Broadway Cast Reunites for THE HELLO GIRLS, In Concert Feb 26 at 7:30pm at Peter Norton Symphony Space Prospect Theater Company (Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director / Melissa Huber, Managing Director) is proud to announce the cast for its upcoming IGNITE Series encore presentation of THE HELLO GIRLS, In Concert. The Hello Girls has music and lyrics by Peter Mills, and book by Peter Mills and Cara Reichel. This special, one-night-only concert reading will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 7:30pm at Peter Norton Symphony Space (2537 Broadway @ 95th St.). The performance reunites members of the 2018 original Off-Broadway cast: Ellie Fishman (Miss Saigon National Tour, Goodspeed's The Music Man), Arlo Hill (The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, Encores! Most Happy Fella), Chanel Karimkhani (Bach and Bleach, The Goree All Girl String Band), Andrew Mayer (Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 on Broadway, I Spy A Spy), Matthew McGloin (Bastard Jones, 2 Pianos, 4 Hands at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park), Ben Moss (Oratorio For Living Things at Ars Nova, Broadway's Head Over Heels), Lili Thomas (We're Gonna Die @2ST, Only Human), Skyler Volpe (Sing Street at NYTW and upcoming Broadway, Barrington Stage West Side Story), and Cathryn Wake (Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812, The Other Josh Cohen). Joining the original company members for this concert include Jeff Williams (Broadway's The Pirate Queen, Prospect's Death for Five Voices) and musicians Allison Kelly and Britton Matthews. Featuring a critically-acclaimed score, The Hello Girls tells the story of the groundbreaking women who served as the first soldiers in the U.S. Army, during World War I. Prospect's world premiere production at 59E59 Theaters received multiple 2019 Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations, including Outstanding Music, Outstanding Lyrics and Outstanding Production. The Hello Girls was part of ASCAP's Musical Theater Week at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC (October 2019). The concert is directed by Cara Reichel, and music directed by Ben Moss. Orchestrations are by Peter Mills and Ben Moss, with additional drum arrangements by Elena Bonomo. The stage manager is Emily Paige Ballou.
