It would be fascinating if people who are listed in the "Company" in the programmes of older musicals were interviewed to hear about their lives and careers - people who are perhaps less well know or documented but will have interesting stories to tell. A look through the inevitable scrapbook would prompt many questions.

That's one reason I love Dancers Over 40's videos on YT. They're capturing oral histories (and sometimes, just fun anecdotes) from the men and women of the ensembles whom we usually don't hear from. (Are we allowed to say "gypsy" still? I forget..) But, I love your idea, too.
