If a show were ready to move in, it would already have announced, as the INHERITANCE closing was not decided the day of the press release. A show wanting to come in pre Tonys would likely give $ to THE INHERITANCE to leave them room to come in. It takles 3-4 weeks (sadly) for a show to load out and another show to load in and have tech rehearsals. Then you need a couple of weeks of previews before the press comes in. Unless it was a no set two hander, No Broadway show could even begin performances before April 14 or 15 - and have to open by Apri l23.
And have no time to do press or sell tickets.
A death wish.

generally agree except that, if a show had been ready to move in, no money would have been required as the grosses have been abysmal enough that the Inheritance would have been shown the door.
