| I haven’t seen The NY Times ad the original poster is referring to—but I wonder if they’re using pull quotes on the lead performances? It’s only two days after opening and Tony, Maria, and Bernardo were all out of today’s matinee! |

| As far as I know, Isaac Powell had a great attendance record at Once on This Island. If he's not completely healed, I wish they would just announce there's going to be an alternate. | |

| I was there on Sunday with the entire cast. Too bad about Maria and Tony. Honestly, I wish I had seen the understudy for Bernardo. I understand he was a replacement, but he wasn't up to the role. |
