I would assume (and hope) the 2021 season looks much like the one announced for 2020...

Considering this year was planned as Jack Viertel's send-off after leading Encores for 20 years, and with two-thirds of his farewell season being canceled (that's assuming the upcoming revision of Thoroughly Modern Millie, currently also scheduled within the latest 8-week estimate for "no gatherings of 50 people or more", also falls by the wayside as seems likely)...
Given all that, I would expect 2021 will almost certainly consist of Love Life, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and then I'd guess, a final production chosen in association with the new artistic director, to officially pass the baton from Viertel to Lear deBessonet. (Incidentally, I would imagine TheatreWorks in California does something similar, given the equally unfortunate timing of the next 2 months meant to mark the celebratory end to the 50-year-run of founding artistic director Robert Kelley, after winning the Regional Theatre Tony Award last year.)
