And, in fairly recent years, some people buy the LPs because they are collectors! I don't follow that market closely, but a friend tells me that every (or basically every) new Broadway cast album is released on LP as well as digitally and on CD. He may be exaggerating, but it does seem like a LOT of them are.
I wonder if any cast albums have been released digitally and on LP but not on CD? Anybody? |
