According to IBDB, Bill Hutton did ''Joseph'' from Jan. 27, 1982 (its opening) until June 23, 1982. That's less than half a year.
I wonder why he left so soon. Another job? Laurie Beechman, his Tony-nominated co-star, didn't leave ''Joseph'' until Nov. 30, 1982.
Anyway, I found this video on YouTube of ''Joseph'' performing on Jerry Lewis' MDA marathon for 1982 (not 1983 as it reads).
I'm assuming that's Allen Fawcett; IBDB says he played Joseph from June 24, 1982 to Nov. 30, 1982, and was then replaced by Andy Gibb. |
