| Bette won't be 75 until December...she could easily still play someone in her 60's...as Linda Lavin was when she starred in the play. Someone in their 80's could play her mother...though there are countless filmsw here women have played mothers to actors only 15 years younger than they were like MacLaine and Streep in POSTCARDS FROM THE EDGE...not to mention Lansbury playing everyone's mother in movies before she was even 40! |
