AMC has clearly been troubled in quite some time. Their flagship Empire Theater on 42nd Street doesn't look like it's being maintained or even seriously cleaned in a long time. Every time I go there, I'm struck by how dingy the place looks.
It could be a beautiful facility if there was some money put into it.
