| FYI, Telecharge has implemented self-service refunds and exchanges on their website. Log in, go into “My Account,” then “Past Orders,” and click on the order number of your cancelled performance. It will give you the option to exchange or refund your ticket(s). Also, if you exchange within the next 2 weeks, they're offering 10% off on performances starting 9/19/20. |
