I received an email from Telecharge, too. The complication is that I bought my tickets for Girl from the North Country at the Box Office. They gave me a site to go to. I just get an "error" message. When I go to my telecharge account (which I seldom use) these tickets are not listed (obviously). I received a refund for Company from them last month automatically. Who knows? I'll wait a couple of days.
