| Marilyn was scheduled some months ago to be celebrating her 92nd birthday with more than a week of performances at Feinstein's 54 Below. I spoke with her about ten days ago, and she is so saddened by the all that has happened in New York and expressed her love and concern for everyone affected by the virus. Fortunately, she is safely at home in the Kansas City area and said she's doing well, watching a lot of movies and eating gummy bears! She wishes she could be celebrating tonight by performing for all the fans at the club she loves so much. She can't wait to get back to New York and sing for you. |
