| In a different angle on your question, there was a kerfuffle I recall for a Broadway Liza Minelli show where a recording of her singing was used. The song had a big, athletic dance break and she apparently didn't have the breath left to sing the last chorus. I saw the show before I read about the recording, it was a very convincing trick. |
