| The Iceland figure is that half people testing positive are asymptomatic, That’s a completely different thing to half of Icelanders being immune. Generally in raging hotspots maybe 10% of people are found to have had it. Outside those areas maybe 2-3%. That makes people who are immune as being way too small to be of much use to overall immunity of the population. There was an influenza spike pre Christmas which some have mistaken for Covid, hopefully they aren’t going around thinking they’ve had it. |
