| From Broadway, I think both The Inheritance and Slave Play are the most likely finalists. Slave Play might have the edge here, if the jury makeup is similar to last year. All three of last year's finalists (Dance Nation, Fairview, What the Constitution Means to Me) played with some of the traditional concepts of a play. From Off-Broadway, I wouldn't be surprised to see Soft Power, Heroes of the Fourth Turning, Halfway Bitches Go Straight to Heaven, or Is This a Room in the mix. |
