I believe this policy depends on the producers of the event and not a Ticketmaster policy. I had tickets to see Seth and Stokes at Town Hall . They resceheduled and are offering refunds,
I had tickets to a comedy concert at The Beacon, and the event was moved to July but they are not offerring refunds. I plan to dispute it but am waiting as I do not think the event will happen in July either.
