One of the most original and groundbreaking and intense new musicals I've ever seen live. Congrats to everyone involved. It's not a perfect show (at least in its form at Playwrights) but in some ways it shouldn't be, but it reaches such amazing heights, and it floored me like so few shows actually do.
But I wanted to say I'm especially glad to see John-Andrew Morrison recognized, he made such a lasting impression on me as the mother in Strange Loop. |
