Weirdly, the two refunds I got from TDF both posted to my credit card account as if they were processed on the day that I ORDERED the tickets -- one was dated March 1, the other March 10.
So you might want to double check your account and see if the credit is actually there, but posted pre-March 12.
If it's still not there, I second the "cut them some slack" advice. |
